Payment Options

Payments can be made online using the following.

*Gift Cards may be redeemed online once registered for use with the issuing provider. To register, verify, or update your information visit the card provider's website or call the toll-free number listed on the back of the card. When making a purchase, the name, address, and phone number used at checkout must match the information provided when the card was registered. Should the information differ, the transaction may be declined. Be sure to keep your Gift Card—even after the balance is depleted—in case you need to return any purchased items. It is our policy to credit the original form of payment used for the initial purchase.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected according to the State and Local tax laws of the location your order is shipped. In some states, shipping fees are also subject to tax.

Credit Card Charges

We request authorization from the financial institution that issued your card for the order amount. Although you haven't been charged, these funds are reserved to ensure that your order can be charged upon shipment. This is known as an "authorization or transaction hold." If your order is cancelled, this hold is removed by the financial institution that issued your card. This can take 3 to 7 days. We do not settle the pending authorization until the date we ship your merchandise.

Additionally, when we validate your billing address, a $1 transaction hold is placed. You haven't been charged; the transaction hold will be removed by your financial institution 3 to 7 days from the day of authorization.

Split Shipments

Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, your credit card will be charged for each shipment. Additional shipping charges will not be incurred on subsequent shipments.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed online and in stores. To purchase a gift card online, please click here. Please note that the purchase of a gift card is non-refundable.

Our weekend cut off for order processing begins at 2pm EST.

Items listed as pre-order will be shipped as soon as the items are available.

Orders containing multiple pieces may arrive in different shipments.

Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, we will notify you and will ship your order as soon as the item is available.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

$15 for standard delivery (typically 7-10 business days); $25 for two-day and $40 for next-day.

Signature Required for Orders over $1,500

A signature is required for delivery of orders over $1,500.

Return Shipping

Initiating a return from the form below or from a shipment email will enable you to generate a free return label for all orders over $100 (merchandise total, excluding taxes and shipping) that are shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders under $100 incur an $8 shipping fee, deducted from your return refund.


We mainly ship via UPS. You will receive a tracking email from us when your package ships.

PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.


ShopRunner members receive free 2-day shipping and returns. You must log in to your ShopRunner account on our website to get the benefit.

The two days are counted from when the order leaves our facility, not the day it was placed. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on a weekend or on a US holiday will typically be shipped on the next weekday. The 2-day shipping begins then.

We are not currently able to accept international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly refund your full-price in-store or online purchase within 21 days of the original purchase date. Returns are accepted when accompanied by the original or gift receipt and in the original condition with all tags attached. Worn, damaged, soiled or laundered items are not accepted. Jewelry, health and beauty and gift cards are nonrefundable. Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns for any reason.

To complete an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, start here. If you would like to exchange for another item, you will need to return the current item and place a new order for the desired item.
